1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy govern the rights and obligations between the service provider, Larionov organizacija izvedbe gradbenih projektov d.o.o., Cvetkova ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Tax ID: SI 85930571, Tax ID: 8715785000 (hereinafter: the Provider) and the client (hereinafter: the Client). These terms and conditions form an integral part of every offer, contract, or other form of cooperation and are publicly available on the website https://spiritofreedom.net/.

2. AREA OF OPERATION

Larionov d.o.o. provides services related to the sale of capsule apartments and other related services. All services are performed according to a pre-agreed schedule, price, and scope.

3. ORDERS AND QUOTES

This offer is for informational purposes only and becomes binding once the customer confirms it in writing (via email or other written communication) and pays a deposit of 10% of the order value to confirm the date. The date is considered reserved only after the deposit has been received.

4. DELIVERY TIMES AND CANCELLATIONS

The date of service is determined on a case-by-case basis. The provider reserves the right to change the date in the event of inclement weather or force majeure. Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before the agreed date. Cancellations made after this time may result in a charge for preparation costs.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Service prices are specified in the quote and are valid as of the date of confirmation. Payment is due within 4 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of late payment, statutory late payment interest will be charged.

6. COMPLAINTS AND LIABILITY

A complaint may be filed within 7 days of the service being performed, in writing to the email address info@spiritoffreedom.net. The provider is not liable for pre-existing damage of which the customer was informed prior to the service being performed.

7. SAFETY AND ACCESSIBILITY

The client must ensure safe access to the service location. The provider reserves the right to suspend work if conditions are unsafe.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

The provider is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to force majeure (e.g., weather, illness, equipment failure).
